The purpose of Smooth Yoga and all the information
& practices on its web pages are to help us human beings to
smooth out, slow down, relax, and have fun in our
short human lives. We often rush around so much that we
forget to 'smell the roses,' and miss out on the little
things that count! Humankind is on the verge of some
momentous changes in how we live on this planet, & smooth
yoga offers you some simple, effective, & field -tested
ways to stay in tune with these.
I recommend a brief "slowed down" sauntering walk every
morning around the block in your own neighborhood to tune
into the other life vibrating all around you. On many of
these jaunts, I have literally stopped to sniff the fragrant
roses, or just pause to listen to the lovely bird sounds
pouring forth every single day without a moments thought.
Birds just resound with joy because they love to!
We believe that by helping each other out we truly help our
one human spirit. By using the ideas, & tools we're sharing
here, you will save money on your health care & learn to
help yourself stay well & be prosperous.
Some of the tools offered for finding peace . love . joy
come in individual sessions (both in person, or on the
phone) and in group seminars
tailored for your organization, church, or worksite. These
services are offered on a sliding fee scale. It is also my
choice to provide you, the dedicated seeker, with inspired
writings as resources for you to use via our web site at no
charge. There are several health-related topics on the web
site, and you are welcome to browse these writings at your
leisure. You could also order any of our publications that
interest you!
