 True has extensively traveled  the eastern US teaching peaceful driving seminars and distributing his "pictures of health" art work during the past two years. He started his private practice in massage therapy and movement education in 1987 in Little Rock, Arkansas. However he has been practicing massage since his early teens. He has worked in Hot Springs, AR, at the Arlington and Majestic Resort Hotels and Spas, and the Hilton Spa (now the Austin), and also at the Little Rock Athletic Club and other well known establishments in Memphis, TN, and Fayetteville, AR.  True is teaching yoga classes on a substitute basis in Missouri, and offering to teach others his "Smooth Yoga" system anywhere in the world! He also helps children with learning difficulties and emotional problems using his 'free drawing' approach, yoga stretching & breathing along with other spontaneous, creative approaches.

He has served more than 6,000 people in private sessions and during his career he has performed many on-site business sessions of a short duration; 15 - 30 minutes, which teach employees or management quick ways they can prevent and release stress thereby maintaining a state of optimum health for the whole organization.

True has developed some very effective and unique ways to ease the strain due to repetitive motion inherent in long hours at the computer, or behind the wheel of a car, as well as teaching golfers and other sports enthusiasts yogic stretching and breathing for increased performance. He continues to offer 1 - 2 hour table sessions either via house calls or in-office visits. His stress relief seminars for businesses have been presented at churches, hospitals, kennels, employment and training organizations, and for state organizations since 1995 reaching nearly a thousand people. some of the well known hospitals where he's presented his seminars include:

True's innovative breath.sound.touch.movement therapy teaches human beings simple elements of relaxation by guiding us to feel new ways of using these aspects of life. By slowing down, and becoming more conscious of how we breathe, move, touch, and use sound, we return to a present state of mind, and quit worrying about the past or the future. In his massage techniques, True introduces people from all walks of life to easier ways of breathing and moving using specially selected music as an accompaniment. Additionally, he uses his blend of massage approaches to help people remember their fluid origins, and get in touch with spontaneous, fluid motions in their everyday lives.

True's charge for individual sessions is $1 per minute with sessions ranging from 20 - 120 minutes He will travel to private or business locations for a minimum amount. His seminar fee is $100 per hour + travel expenses. His newest treatments are: partner yoga, yoga table sessions, water yoga and meridian therapy treatments.
